Plantronics and GN Netcom does not provide Windows device drivers for the USB headsets.
These headsets depend on the drivers supplied by your Operating system (Windows, Mac, etc):
Windows XP or Windows 7 - Go to the Start Menu, select Settings and click on Control Panel, then double-click on the System icon. Go to the Device Manager tab.
Windows 2000 and XP- Go to the Start Menu, select Settings and click on Control Panel. Then double-click on the System icon. Go to the Hardware tab and click on the Device Manager button.
If you are missing drivers, locate your original OS (Operating System) disc and reload it, It will load all necessary drivers. If you do not have that disc, please contact your OS provider. You may also be able to download these drivers online.
Reason Why This Occurs:
If your headset was not connected when you originally loaded your drivers, your system may not have installed all the divers you need.
If you are using a Bluetooth headset: You will need to contact the manufacturer of the PC or Bluetooth radio within your PC for drivers. (This information can usually be found in your computer's 'Device Manager'.) When your computer's Bluetooth radio is properly configured to support Bluetooth Audio devices, you will be able to successfully pair Bluetooth headsets.
