PLANTRONICS HEADSET WARRANTY, SERVICE INFORMATION
Plantronics offer a full two (2) year warranty on all our commercial products (Plantronics Headsets, and Plantronics Polaris Headset) and a one year warranty on all non-commercial products.
During the designated warranty period, Plantronics will replace products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship. No charge will be made for returned units of the commercial products which have "No Trouble Found."
The warranty period lasts for 24 months on commercial products (i.e. H-series Headsets: 'H51, H101, H171"; Polaris 'P51, P101, P171; Amps 'M12, Mx10, A20, S20; and other connectors 'P10, etc.).and 12 months for non-commercial products (i.e. .Audio series and DSP series), Mobile (Cellular) Headset (M-Series M110, M205, MX100, M1500 'Bluetooth'), Cordless Products (i.e. CA-10, CT-10, CT-12), small office solutions (i.e. T10, S10, DA-50, etc.) from the date of purchase.
Expedited Service for Commercial Products
We will ship a replacement product within one working day after we receive your returned product and have verified that your product is under warranty. To minimize the disruption to your operation, we'll ship the replacement via overnight air at our expense.
All replacement products will continue under warranty for one year (or the balance of the original two year warranty period when applicable) - whichever is longest.
