We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MC, Amex, and Discover. We also accept PO (Purchase Orders) with approve credit. Please call us for instructions and exact payment amount if you wish to send us a PO. If you wish, you can also send us a company check in advance. Call us before you mail in the check.
Headset-Plus.com offers SAME DAY SHIPPING on orders shipped via UPS Ground, 2-day Air, or Next-day Air that are placed before 5:00pm Eastern Time (2pm Pacific), Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Holiday will be shipped the following business day. We ship only to addresses within the United States (and its territories), Mexico, Puerto Rico and Canada (custom taxes and import duties may apply by your local government). We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. For military APO/FPO addresses, please call or email us for a shipping quote.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you're not 100% SATISFIED with your purchase (or if defective), within 30-days from the day of purchase (30 days from invoice date), we will replace your defective item or refund your purchase (minus shipping costs). Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all Return (RMA) shipping expenses. New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. Headset-Plus.com reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Returns/exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 30 days. To obtain an RMA#, call Customer Service at 1-877-666-9998.
1. You must have an RMA# to return or exchange a product.
2. You must return the original product box intact with all original content (cables, batteries, manuals, warranty cards etc.).
3. All items must be in like-new condition.
4. All returns must be accompanied by the original customer receipt/packing slip
5. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service.
6. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
DO NOT return your equipment after 30 days of purchase. If you return your item after 30 days of purchase, you are not entitled to receive a refund and your equipment will be refused and returned to you. Only return items that are pre-authorized under the RMA # issued to you. Any items returned that are not listed on the RMA # Authorization will be returned to you.
