The HL10 works with the following Plantronics products:
- Plantronics CS50 and CS55 and Voyager 510S
- A20 and S20
- CA10, and CS10
- Avaya LKA10.
ATTENTION: This is a mechanical device that sits on your telephone between the phones handset-receiver and your phones speaker. At the touch of a button the lifter actually takes the receiver off the hook (see picture) and answers the ringing line for you. NOT compatible with all phones (call for assistance). This device does NOT give you 300 feet/remote answering when used with the A20 or S20 Systems.
Note: If you need to press a line button to answer your ringing line, the lifter will not work with your phone system. The HL10 is not compatible with most AT&T/Avaya/Lucent Merlin & Rolm telephones: use the “older” Plantronics HL1 Lifter instead
