Polycom’s Voice Trade-In Program rewards you when you trade in old Polycom conference phones or competitive conference phones and purchase eligible Polycom SoundStation2, SoundStation2W or SoundStation VTX 1000 products. End User customers can qualify for rebates up to $100 on purchases of new Polycom SoundStation voice conferencing solutions. Please sure to read all conditions and regulations by clicking HERE. How to Participate

STEP 1: Purchase a new qualified SoundStation2, SoundStation2W or SoundStation VTX 1000 between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007. (See table of qualifying products)

STEP 2: Complete the Voice Trade-In Claim Form and Letter of Authentication and Destruction or certificate of donation from a charitable non-profit organization. The serial numbers of all phones traded in must be submitted for tracking and auditing purposes.

STEP 3: Submit completed Claim Form, Letter of Authentication and Destruction and the proof-of-purchase (reseller’s customer invoice) to the email address below. All Claim Forms must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.

STEP 4: Polycom will issue each rebate check directly to the End User customer within 6 weeks of receiving qualified and verified claims.* In order to qualify for the Voice Trade-In Program rebate, the old Polycom equipment must have been purchased at least 12 months prior to the purchase date of the new equipment. Polycom products purchased within the last 12 months do not qualify for the

trade-in program.

Approved Polycom Trade-In Equipment: Original SoundStation, SoundStation EX, SoundStation Premier, and SoundStation Premier 500D/550D products qualify. Accessories such as Satellite do not qualify - only SoundStation consoles. Desktop handsets such as SoundPoint Pro do not qualify.

Approved Competitive Trade-In Equipment: All competitive conference phones qualify for the program. Trade-in units must be conference phones without a handset. Handset phones with built-in speaker phones, or any other products with built-in speakerphones do not qualify.
